Icon painting for students of all abilities.

Saturdays, 10.15-1.15 Specially designed for those who want to begin their journey with Icons.  Absolute beginners welcome. Learning and exploring basic principles of egg tempera, Icon painting and drawing.  Binder preparation, application of grounds with different colours. Layering. Gold gilding. Dates 18 January 2014 and then 25 Jan, 1 Feb, 22 Feb, 8 Mar, 15 Mar, 22 Mar, 29 Mar, 5 Apr Cost for the complete course covering 9 sessions of 3 hours £250 . Deposit of £50 required with the Registration.
