A week away from everything. Spent in a peaceful and creative atmosphere.
A time to help you look into a silence that is in all of us. To help you built confidence and learn who you are through creativity and personal development tools.
Icon painting will take a time in between breakfast and lunch. Students will work on icons that speak to them and through this work explore the technique of ancient egg tempera. Making paints from natural ingredients will help us connect to material we work with but also look into ourselves and understand creative processes.
Led by – Basia Mindewicz

‘’I would love for art to be accessible to everyone. My mission is to help people find and built a confidence to create. To open world of art to all. I believe spirituality could be open to everyone and icon painting seems to be a perfect way. Icon is becoming more and more popular in modern world because people need something non materialistic in their lives. I would like to inspire this inner movement. Help explore what is not physical.’’
After lunch participants will explore mindfulness and more.
‘’I would like to offer opportunity to explore your inner worlds, emotions, needs, body experiences and to explore social world of relationships, connections, closeness, care and trust.
We will be using a broad range of methods and tools, beginning with artistic and physical expression, through mindfulness and inspiration from neuropsychology, NVC (nonviolent communication) and attachment theory applied to adult relationships. Together we will take a look at many important questions such as: what is that helps us become more alive and present, what is our drive, our spark of energy in life, how we understand spirituality and our connections to the world.’' Agnieszka
